Coronavirus (COVID‑19) STAY ALERT – CONTROL THE VIRUS -SA
We can all help control the virus if we all stay alert. This means you must: stay at home as much as possible work from home if you can limit contact with other people keep your distance if you go out (2 metres apart where possible) wash your hands regularly Do not leave home if you or anyone in your household has symptoms Do not leave home if you or someone you live with has any of the following: a high temperature a new, continuous cough a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
Gymletics & Dysletics
Within our Mind2Health programme, we provide our GymLetics & Dysletics interventions. GymLetics fuses together the high-intensity aerobic aspects of athletics with gymnastics to help build strength and flexibility in an easy and engaging way. Our specialist coach works with each child to fully support their growth in both gymnastics and athletics. From forward-rolls to vaulting, our children have been able to learn a lot about gymnastics. Our young participants have developed strength and flexibility from when they began the programme. Junior Winter Unlock 4x4x4 Event 2021
During the Christmas holidays last year, we ran an event funded by the Wandsworth Council Winter unlocked HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) Programme filled with fun and engaging sports and wellbeing activities, as well as being able to provide nutritional meals that some may not have access to otherwise for our young participants. (more…) The aim for this event was to get the kids involved playing sports that they may not play at school, such as handball and tag rugby.
