Some of the discussion was around sustaining a good healthy posture. The program was organised by us and was well attended. The founder Marcia Patterson organises the group coffee morning at the Saints Saviour Church Battersea every Wednesday from 11:30 to 12:30. I have met some amazing women ever at this club!!
